Privacy Policy — Dáma

Effective date: 2 July 2026

Dáma ("the app") is a draughts game for Android published by CodeOn, s.r.o. This policy describes what data the app handles. The short version: gameplay data stays on your device; optional, consent-gated analytics and crash reporting help us understand how the app is used and fix bugs, and never run unless you allow them.

Data collection

The app does not sell or share personal data, contains no advertising, and requires no account or sign-in. It does not request access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, files, or any other sensitive device capability. Gameplay works entirely offline. The only thing that can leave your device is the optional analytics and crash data described below, and only after you explicitly allow it.

Analytics and crash reporting

On first launch, the app asks whether you'll allow usage analytics and crash reporting (Firebase Analytics/Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics). Both start switched off; nothing is collected before you choose, and you can change your answer at any time from Settings.

If you allow it, the app sends Google:

This data is tied to an app-instance identifier managed by Google, not to your name, email, or any account. We don't use it for advertising, and we don't sell or share it beyond what Google's own privacy policy covers for operating these services. If you decline, or later turn it off in Settings, no further data is sent (a report already in flight before you turn Crashlytics off may still complete, per Firebase's own behavior).

Data stored on your device

The app stores a small amount of gameplay data locally on your device only:

This data never leaves your device, is never transmitted to us or anyone else, and is not used for any purpose other than the features above. You can clear your match history and reset your statistics at any time from the app's Settings, and uninstalling the app deletes all of it.

Children

The app is suitable for all ages. It does not knowingly collect data from children, does not target advertising at anyone, and the optional analytics described above requires an explicit, deliberate choice on the app's first-launch screen.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the app changes how data is handled, this page will be updated and the effective date revised before that version is released.
